TD06. 35 Rental apartments. Grove of orange trees

The building is constructed as a prototype for the occupation of plots with groves of orange trees, maintaining the existing cultivation. To achieve this the residential volumetry is raised off the ground on slender pilotis that support the cubic apartments and permit the sunlight to pass between them and reach the trees. The building, of lightweight construction, defines corridors and open relational spaces that stimulate the life of the community.
