Sociópolis is composed of residential buildings, laid out along the peripheral traffic circuit so that all of the homes have views of the central park, and of amenities buildings located in the interior or in direct contact with the park, thus effecting a transition of scale between the high-rise residential buildings and the various spaces of the park. Except for the school plots, all of the amenities buildings contain rent-controlled housing in addition to their specific public function as amenities, thus giving them a hybrid character and a high degree of urbanity.
