TD04. 40 Rental apartments. Kindergarten

The project emerges as a fold in the terrain, a continuation of the geometry of the furrows of the tilled huerta. It consists of a kindergarten on the ground floor laid out around a patio and a series of residential units ordered in a linear block that relates to the ground by way of a series of ramps that creates an inhabited topography.
