In order to leave free as much as possible of the ground level of the plot, the building is constructed as a tower that emerge in bracket from a central kernel. The tower is materialized as a façade of structural exposed concrete perforated by strategically disposed openings that serve to ventilate the rooms while at the same time adapting to the structural logic of the projecting volumetries.
