The building is constructed as the conclusion of the sequence of houses on c/ Ruiz, creating an interesting relationship between the imitation historical housing and a volumetry that is situated near the south entrance to the sector. The building is constructed on the basis of a gable wall from which the apartments project out in a dynamic and irregular way over the series of existing homes. The ground floor will accommodate a music centre for the use of the neighbourhood's existing music associations.
