The project is developed on one of the irregular-profile linear blocks that they constitute the major part of the sector's built fabric. The building is composed of two towers and a low volume that serves to create a communal space of social relations between the two high volumes. The building, which flanks the new course of the diverted River Turia, is characterized by a series of linear terraces that give all of the apartments in the block an extra room on the exterior.
