The building, which occupies a central space in the Sociópolis park, is composed of a low volume, in which the changing rooms and the stand of the adjacent municipal soccer pitch are located, and a residential tower, characterized by a series of folds in the façade that adopt the necessary geometry for the positioning of solar panels.
